Our North-and South American 2G® headquarter with main sales office, service support center, and primary parts distribution warehouse is located in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. A second North American parts warehouse is located in Canada. Local service stations are available throughout the country.

Whether you are located in the North East, Mid West, in the South East, or at the West Coast, we serve your needs and guarantee effective after-sales support services.
 We always guarantee that the nearest 2G® Service Center is no more than maximum two (2) driving hours distance from the customer location. Should you be located in an area that is further away, we will establish an authorized service closer to you. The time between order placement and actual delivery of the equipment will be utilized to fully train a competent service partner that was selected especially for your individual geographic area.
