MORE INFORMATION ABOUT OUR ON-LINE SUPPORT - REMOTE MONITORING - SMART CARE SERVICE

Additional to our modern process control systems, our plants have the capability of remote monitoring and controlling. This allows potential problems to be identified in a timely manner and corrective action, if necessary, can be taken immediately. The key benefit is that operational plant performance and efficiency is observed and measured regularly to identify variances, and to assure the highest possible level of utilization and profitability.

Our plant process control system “2G GEM®” provides comprehensive monitoring. Vital information like changes in biogas feedstock, gas output variances, efficiency, etc., and many other questions can be answered at a push of a button.

Until a few years ago, when a power plant stopped working, a service technician had to travel to the site to fix a problem. In a worst-case situation, it could take days, sometimes weeks, before the equipment would operate again. While mechanical components were most often to blame back then, today many faults are electrical control-related. Plant operators significantly reduce the risk of failure by remotely monitoring the equipment and intervening promptly if anything goes wrong.

This optional solution offers a wide range of data monitoring, logging capabilities, and remote communications to the cogeneration plant. In addition, the operator can interface with the plants soft-and hardware. Remote monitoring of distributed power generation equipment are based on decades of experience an a range of applications, from standby emergency power to prime power plants that supplement the utility grid. These systems have been further developed to serve today's modern renewable energy plants. Our packaged solutions make it easy for you to select the right system for your application, or we can design a custom system to fit your individual needs.
