2G-CENERGY® offers a full range of services for cogeneration CHP plants including spare parts, preventive maintenance, plant life extension programs, condition assessment, operator training, inspections, emergency response, maintenance and repair. Our field service engineers are experienced and knowledgeable in optimizing the efficiency and operation of each cogeneration plant facility.

Our primary goal is to work with our customers and provide preventative maintenance services to keep their cogeneration and CHP power plants on line. However, emergency response is an important part of our business. Whenever and wherever problems occur, 2G-CENERGY® personnel are on call 24 hours a day.

At 2G-CENERGY®, we provide industry-leading, comprehensive and responsive field service support. An integral part of our offerings is the service, training and on-site consultations provided by our field service team. Throughout the world, we provide support to meet your needs.



2G-CENERGY® Field Service Engineers (FSE’s) are highly trained technical experts who are routinely involved in every phase of product development, manufacturing, and installation. Participation begins in design, continues through test and integration, and matures into post-delivery support. This depth of involvement ensures an unsurpassed level of proficient customer support.

Our field service staff is supported by program management, engineering and manufacturing leadership. In combination with our 2G® factory Customer Response Center (CRC), we offer a highly skilled, motivated and supported work force. Our field service is experienced in mechanical, electrical, and also in both hardware and software dealing with all 2G® products, from display & control systems, integrated CHP components, gas treatment systems and engine technology, as well as troubleshooting and testing. This is a support you can count on.

In order to promote continued equipment reliability, standard maintenance contracts can be offered that are specifically designed to meet the needs of a customer's cogeneration plan facility. These contracts include scheduled visits and can run from 6 month to 3 years with provisions for subsequent renewal.
