COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN
All our plants are designed by a team of highly qualified factory engineers utilizing the latest CAD technologies. CAD is supporting our designers and project engineers to integrate all vital power plant components and to dramatically reduced the duration of the product design cycle.
Further, the integration of computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing greatly reduces the time required for production planning and allocation of jobs to various resources during the project. Additional plant process technology software is applied. Key benefit is that operational plant performance and efficiency can be simulated in advance to assure the highest possible level of CHP plant utilization and profitability.

Testing & Installation
Plant commissioning
is a critical part of the overall process of
transforming the equipment from design,
manufacturing and installation through to
full operation. Our modern engineering and
management processes have also redefined
project execution standards. We execute
major projects with high standards of
performance and always focus on completing
the project on scheduled time and within the
pre-defined budget. Every plant manufactured
and supplied by us is commissioned in three
phases.
Phase 1 - Testing
All equipment, its functions, and ratings
are tested under load at the factory, prior
to shipment.
Phase 2 - Shipment
The equipment is shipped and securely
delivered utilizing the most efficient means
of transportation.
Phase 3 - Installation
At the job-site we assist with integrating
the cogeneration CHP modules into the customers
individual infrastructure. All
equipment functions are inspected and tested
again under local conditions and using the
customers fuel source.
When it comes to power plant commissioning,
our team gets very involved in assisting
general contractors with there efforts,
supervising final installation processes,
system integration, on-site testing, etc. We
also consult closely with the plant
operating team, coaching new employees with
on the job training, working as part of the
initial power plant operations team,
ensuring that all specs meet customer
requirements and secure that the integrated
systems perform to the owners satisfaction
Optimization & Operation
Optional a service
of supervisory and skilled on-site
assistance is also available after plant
installation, and turnkey responsibility is
accepted. If required, our engineers can be
made available to be present on site after
the commissioning and start-up process to
optimize operating conditions, to guarantee
most efficient performance, and assisting to
train plant operators
