Our
revolutionary OEKO-TEC®
modular biodiesel production
technology brings you
one step closer to energy
independence. It's a new way to
produce biodiesel fuel much more
efficient and highly
cost-effective. What now fits in
one standard 40’ container, used
to be as big as a 5000 square feet
factory building. Biodiesel is
a cost-effective clean burning
alternative to fossil fuel. This
diesel is produced from plant
sources such as soy, canola,
rapeseed, palm oil, etc.

|
Other available forms of
fuels include biodiesel made from
non-food feedstock, like animal fat
and recycled cooking oils.
Technology has "gone up a notch"
through intensive development
efforts, and our factory engineers
created the most portable modular
biodiesel system in the world.
Biodiesel is a fuel simple to use,
biodegradable, nontoxic, and
essentially free of sulfur and
aromatics.
Biodiesel is made through a
chemical process called
transesterification, whereby the
glycerin is separated from the vegetable oil
or fat. The process
leaves behind two products: Methyl
Ester, the chemical name for
biodiesel; and Glycerin, a
valuable byproduct usually sold to
be used in soaps, toothpaste,
cosmetics, and other consumer
products.

The
process equipment primarily
consists of storage tanks, reactor
vessels, distillation columns,
piping, and pumps. There are no
effluents from the process. The
final products from the process
are ASTM D6751 standard-conforming
biodiesel (B100) and 75% to 85%
pure Glycerin. The unique quality
of biodiesel makes it an ideal
alternative fuel for power
generation, vehicles and trucks,
farm and construction machinery,
as well as for various types of
industrial diesel engine
applications.
|
|
It has passed
all Government testing
requirements and it meets the
standards of the 1990 Clean Air
Act Amendments. The Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) actively
supports the commercial
distribution and use of biodiesel.
In addition to being
environmentally sound, this type
of decentralized biodiesel
production provides plant
operators with significant
economic benefits.
As technology leader we
provide a complete fuel source
solution. The OEKO-TEC®
production module enables
customers to produce (refine) their
own biodiesel, fully automatic and
with ease. Both methanol and
ethanol can be utilized.

Biodiesel reduces
nearly all forms
of air pollution
compared to
petroleum diesel.
In particular,
biodiesel reduces
toxic contaminants
associated with
diesel exhaust, is
non-toxic,
biodegradable, and
produces 78% less
CO2 than petroleum
diesel fuel. It is
renewable,
cost-effective,
efficient and
profitable.
