DIRECTOR SALES & PRODUCT SUPPORT

     
 

Phillip C. Turwitt directs all sales and product support activities. Serving as main liaison between the factories technical engineering office and 2G-CENERGY, he actively assists with all product management issues that are relevant to sales and after-sales service. In an effort to further enhance the overall customer experience and assure product quality at the highest levels, Phillip leads the company’s product strategy initiatives. This includes all product support activities starting as early as during the project planning and ordering process, followed by logistics & shipment, installation, equipment & plant commissioning, warranty, service & maintenance, as well as product enhancement and regular service contracts.

Phillip brings extensive technical understanding and leading edge technology know-how to the company and our clients. His intensive factory training covers virtually every facet of product, service, support, planning and development. He is also responsible for continuously developing an effective service support structure,  synergies within the network of aftersales-service locations, training, spare parts & components, and material management.

Thanks to his language skills, Philip’s function guarantees perfect lines of communications between the factory, ourselves, our sales partners and customers. He plays an integral role during sales & project support and his function is instrumental in expanding 2G-CENERGY’s market activities.

   


BIOGRAPHY

 

Phillip Turwitt was born in Germany and started school in the United Kingdom. Three years later, after a short 12 month period in Munich Germany, he became a student of the English St. Johns School in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 1995 he moved to Brazil and enrolled at PACA, the Panamerican Christian Academy, a leading US school in Sao Paulo. Later he immigrated to the US where he obtained his High School Diploma in Florida. While working part time, Phillip started to study Business Management at FLORIDA STATE COLLEGE in Jacksonville, FL.

In 2007 he was offered an apprenticeship within the CATERPILLAR network at RING POWER CORPORATION, one of the largest CAT factory distributors with 2000 employees and an annual sales revenue of 1.3 billion US$. This intensive training program is designed to accelerate the education of certified CATERPILLAR Power Systems Technicians. Phillip continues towards completion of his B.A. in Business Management at FLORIDA STATE COLLEGE.

In 2009 he joined 2G-CENERGY. Phillip travelled to many parts of the world. He lived in various countries, is fluent in two languages and additionally very familiar with Spanish and Portuguese. His broad international background, combined with a practical / technical, and a business education, ideally positions him to be a valuable player in the 2G-CENERGY management team. Phillip lives in Orange Park, Florida, USA.
