We utilize the latest technology and computer controlled machinery to manufacture parts and components to the highest possible accuracy.

Another valuable aspect of computer aided manufacturing is the ability to repeat a procedure with an extreme level of reliability and precision. 2G® enjoys employees that are highly skilled with a strong work ethic, and particular loyalty to the Company. Overall, 75% of our employees attended college or have received a college or advanced degree. The other 25% have all attended a formal 3-year apprentice educational program, and obtained a professional tradesman degree. Quality Control & Assurance

We manufacture every CHP Cogeneration module in our own state of the art facilities, allowing for complete control of the entire manufacturing process. In our on-site quality control laboratories, highly skilled members of our Quality Assurance Unit, utilize modern, sophisticated technologies and validated analytical methods to test incoming raw materials, monitor manufacturing processes, perform in-process testing, and test all finished products prior to their release for shipment.
